By accessing or using the services provided by Hamster Security Inc. ("Hamster," "we," "us," or "our") via the website Hamster.pm, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our services.

Hamster provides an advanced bot protection and reverse proxy service that utilizes deep-packet inspection, behavioral telemetry, and high-performance edge computing to scrub malicious traffic. Our services are currently in an Open Beta phase, meaning they are provided "as-is" for testing and evaluation purposes.

3. Subscription and Usage

Usage of the Hamster Network is subject to the limitations of your selected plan or beta agreement. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any API keys or tokens provided to you. We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or terminate access if we detect usage that violates these terms or poses a threat to our network stability.

All content, technology, algorithms, and software used to provide the Hamster service, including the "Hamster" mascot and brand, are the exclusive property of Hamster Security Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and patent laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hamster Security Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising out of the use of our reverse proxy service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
