Hamster Security Inc. ("Hamster," "we," or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of your data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and process information through our reverse proxy and bot detection services.

2. Data Collection & Processing

Our service acts as a security layer for our customers' websites. We process the following categories of data:

Note on PII: We do not store Personally Identifiable Information (PII) of your end-users. All behavioral data is processed in real-time at the edge and is discarded after a verification token is issued.

3. Data Deletion (Facebook/Third-Party Compliance)

To comply with platform requirements (including Facebook's Data Deletion Policy), we provide a clear mechanism for data removal. If you wish to request the deletion of data associated with your interaction with Hamster.pm or our proxy network, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to beta@hamster.pm.
  2. Include "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line.
  3. Provide relevant session identifiers or IP addresses for the data you wish to remove.

We will process and confirm your request within 30 days.

4. GDPR & International Privacy

We process data primarily in the United States and within our global edge network. For EU residents, we comply with the GDPR by serving as a Data Processor under the direction of our customers (the Data Controllers).

5. CCPA Rights

California residents have the right to know what data is collected and request its deletion. Hamster does not "sell" user data to third parties.

6. Cookies

We use strictly necessary technical cookies to facilitate session security and anti-fraud challenges. These cookies do not track users across different sites.
